My approach is rooted
in my own
experience…
After years in a corporate life, disconnected from my body, a major physical accident marked a turning point and brought me back into embodied awareness.

Yoga became my first doorway, leading to four years of therapeutic yoga training, and a deep exploration of the emotional and psychological processes in the body.
​
In parallel, I got a degree in Biodynamic Psychology, a somatic, body-oriented psychotherapy working at the intersection of body and psyche.
​
Today, I work as a somatic psychotherapist in Cabarete. I offer individual sessions in a safe and grounded therapeutic space, with presence and respect for each person’s rhythm.
